Laundromat FAQ
All of our locations are open from 6:00 a.m. - 11 p.m. and last wash is 9:30 p.m.
Our North Attleborough and Worchester locations are both fully attended.
Our laundromats use both coins and the DexterPay app for your convenience.
Yes, our locations have 50- and 80-pound machines that will wash multiple loads at a time and also wash your bulkier items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
North Attleborough: 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Worcester: 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
We use only premium brand products when we wash your laundry.
Regular wash and fold service is $2.25/lb. If you need your laundry back the same day, it is $3.00/lb., and your laundry must be dropped off by noon.
Our minimum for wash and fold is $30.
Unless you specify same day turnaround, your laundry will be ready for pick up in 24 hours.
No, we always keep your laundry separate from our other client's laundry.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery service Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We offer free pickup and delivery so if you sign up for weekly or biweekly service it is $2.25/lbs. and if you only want to use our service as-needed, it is $3.00/lbs.
There is a $50 minimum order requirement for pickup and delivery.
It is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
Pickup and delivery service has a 24 hour turnaround time, unless you have a Friday pick up. Friday pickups are returned on Monday.
You do not. When you place your order, please state in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you like your laundry done a certain way. These will be saved and done each time we do your laundry.
No there is not. You have the option to quit at any time.
When you place your order we will ask you for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that you can cinch closed.
You can always log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
